END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.

First off, one of our little buddies, Tyson, flew into the Cleveland Clinic a few days ago to get a 2nd opinion...Please keep him in your prayer so that he can get the help he needs & become seizure-free!!! We love you Tyson.

Wow, I can't believe the school year has come to an end. I took a quick picture of Cole while he was at recess (his MOST favorite thing!) he has melt downs EVERY TIME it's time to go in. I'm really worried about Cole being out of school for the summer because he JUST recently (in February) started to do really well...as far as being around other kids & being nicer. And figuring out the routine. So, I'm searching for a Summer Pre-school (which seems to NOT exists). I'm signing him up for therapy (OT, PT, SP) but I REALLY want him to be in a "classroom setting" so he doesn't have that HUGE transition of going back to school that seems to last until February every year.

I've been trying to keep this kid "busy" because he hates being at home...probably because it's boring.  I took him to ride a carasel near by...he LOVED IT!!!  But it's $1 per "short" ride...so I couldn't keep him on it...
And this is what he thinks about getting off of the ride...it took forever to calm him down.  That's the problem, I find something he likes, but when it's time to stop, he freaks out & doesn't understand why he can't "go again"!

I WAS able to distract him by letting him put his feet in the near by fountain...I'm pretty sure it's "frowned upon"...oh well.
This kid is obsessed with WATER!!!

He was so MAD & TIRED he fell asleep on the floor!

He loves his water table, he throws the water off of the deck!

Cole fell asleep in the car...it was GLORIOUS!
(since he never naps now).

...So, we quietly ate In &Out in the car!!!

It was our lucky day...we saw 3 rainbows...I could only get 2 in the picture.

BABY UPDATE:
I had  Genetic Blood Work done today & I have to wait for 3 days to get the results back :(
and an in-depth ultra-sound scheduled for June 4th so they can check out the baby's brain etc.
We are PRAYING for a healthy baby girl!!!

"HE OR SHE...WHAT WILL IT BE"?

On Saturday we had a "gender reveal party".  It was so much fun...except for the part where my "snow ball cookies" tasted like Play-dough as my sister put it...and "the taste gets worse" as my husband put it.  So I threw them away...they were cute though! And my other cookies baked/melted together...luckily my sister & mom ran to Costco & saved the day.  It was quite the weekend...one nephew got baptized & the other received the Priesthood (Cole smacked him in the face during it, so I had to take him out kicking & screaming because he wanted daddy).

I still have an ultra sound scheduled with a Perinatologist which is a more in depth ultra sound with a specialist because of the birth defect with Cole's little brain in 3 weeks.  This ultrasound was just for fun since I know someone! (thanks Ruiz).  Hopefully the next ultrasound will be as exciting & low key as this one...I've also got genetic testing etc. etc. etc.  which I'm a little nervous about!

We're having a
GIRL
...looks like it's time to stock up on diapers...didn't think I'd have to buy them for *TWO* kids, let alone diapers for the rest of one kids life...oh the fun surprises life brings...it's still a blessing!!!
